As announced by the Malaysian Government, Tourism Tax will be exempted for all arrivals from 1 July 2020 till 30 June 2021, while the exemption of Service Tax has been extended until 30 June 2021.
 

Following the implementation of the second Movement Control Order (MCO) in Kuala Lumpur by the Government of Malaysia, ANSA Hotel Kuala Lumpur will remain open with limited services and facilities as per the Standard Operating Procedures set forth by the Malaysian National Security Council.
 

In addition, we have implemented new cleanliness protocols and specific initiatives as part of our Clean & Safe Commitment to further enhance safety and minimize risk for our guests and associates.
